I was pretty miffed when I found out the album art for this single was a snowy mountain. Oh well! This is just a rough summary of the vibe I get from this beautiful, beautiful song.
Birches and vast open spaces and the cold and the stars
Some of the ink work I did in October, even though we’re well into November.
Good morning all, have a foliage doodle that got out of hand while watching Pom Poko and eating spiced persimmons.
This clip took me forever to find, but it’s from Richard William’s The Thief and the Cobbler (from which Disney later ripped off and made Aladdin), in which the thief tries to steal the princess’s shoes and unwittingly stumbles onto her bed of wolves.
The sequence is really cool and the one shot really doesn’t do it justice. You can watch the whole thing here.
Had too much fun with this… snarly faces <3
ugh wrong blog

Also for the love of god view in high resolution.
Female Bagheera is the best Bagheera.
Colored in a sketch. But more importantly: I swam with wild dolphins at the beach today.
A pathetic attempt to emulate the glorious pin-up landscape girls of the amazing Stein. Still, the hardest part of this challenge was actually choosing an artist. I eventually just had to close my eyes and point to a random name from a loong list.
Please view in high-resolution >_<
Just instagram sketches because my 8,000 other things are utterly unfinished…
